Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original shipping box with all tags attached, secure the new label over the old one, and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
